Kristin's path into tech started at Apple, where she learned early that the best technical support is really just listening well. She went on to work across the full stack, from systems analyst at ASU to software engineer to product manager at State Farm then principal engineer at Stellar Technologies. She built a career shaped by curiosity and a commitment to doing things right. Full Circle grew from a simple frustration: too many software companies have forgotten the people on the other end of the work. She started the company to change that. Outside of work, she is a mom of two who believes the best businesses are built sustainably, for the people running them as much as for the clients they serve.

Lindsay is the kind of person who earns everything she has. Starting out waitressing and eventually leading a financial fraud investigation team, she built relationship skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a drive that no degree program can teach. Those qualities follow her into everything she does, personally and professionally. When Kristin brought the idea for Full Circle to her, Lindsay knew immediately it was worth building. Today she leads the executive operations at Full Circle, bringing the warmth and precision that have defined her career from the start. She is also a mom of two who understands that real success means being present for the people who matter most.
